We do not accept returns on food products once delivered, as they are perishable and consumable in nature.
Replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
To be eligible for a replacement, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging.
Refunds are applicable only if a replacement is not possible or is not approved by Naithika Foods.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error from our side.
